Train Event Details
Each train ride is a round-trip excursion with no stops or deboarding unless specified. Trains depart from Adams Station, runs north toward North Adams and returns to Adams Station. The train tracks do NOT traverse through the Hoosac Tunnel. Trainsets are one RDC (Rail Diesel Car) with the addition of 2 traditional passenger coaches after Labor Day. Ticket Policy:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. ​No Refunds. Missed departures due to illness or emergency may request Ticket Transfer to future date using Contact Us form. Transfer fees apply.
How to Get Tickets:

Use the Calendar below to search each month for Upcoming Train Departures by Date. Each Trip will have a seasonal theme.

Trains run on select Saturdays, Sundays and some Mondays.

Confirmation is sent to email after payment accepted.

Pick Up Tickets under Last Name on Confirmation in trackside Welcome Coach 10-20 min. prior to departure.

Ticket Purchasing Information:
​BSRM uses a dynamic ticketing system for secure online purchases. The Order Ticket links on this page will redirect you to a secure ticket purchasing platform. After purchasing tickets online, you will receive an email confirmation. (Check your spam if you do not receive an email.) Your online purchase adds your name and number of seats to an official roster. This guarantees you and your party a seat on the train once you check-in. Buying tickets online is the recommended method to ensure a seat. Tickets can/should be purchased up to 30 minutes prior to departure. Walk-up ticket sales are not guaranteed. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
WILL CALL: After you purchase or redeem tickets online, you will still check-in with the Ticket Agent in the Welcome Coach when you arrive at the train station on the day of the ride.

SPECIAL GROUPS: We do offer special day charters, as well as coach charters and group pricing for 20 or more tickets purchased on a regularly scheduled train. All special groups must contact charters@berkshirescenicrailroad.org or use the Contact Us form today with a general inquiry.
