This phone is only answered one hour before or during operating hours on days we are offering train rides or Special Events.

Tickets & Booking — Most riders book online for a Berkshire train ride from our Tickets page. Walk-up seats are sold at Adams Station on departure days, subject to availability.

 

Group & School Bookings — We host school groups, scout troops, and private charters of 10+. Email groups@berkshiretrains.org or call (413) 637-2210 to reserve.

 

Accessibility — Our Adams Station platform and passenger cars are wheelchair-accessible. Service animals are welcome.

 

Find Us — Adams Station, 4 Hoosac Street, Adams, MA 01220. Free parking. Just off Route 8 and a short drive from Lenox, North Adams, and Williamstown.
